Studio work from 2008:

Continuing oil on canvas and panel projects begun after the turn of the century.
Attempting to use the same image making techniques started in 1994 with tinted sand on the floor, I stopped using brushes which seems to be the key. Using tiny palette knives mimics the feel of the mason's trowels which I enjoy using while laying out sand.
